Templating Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Moodle Cloud Setup &amp; Templating Project<\/strong> aims to build a structured, accessible, and branded online learning ecosystem for Survivor Alliance\u2019s global programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform will feature dedicated learning paths for <strong>Self-Directed<\/strong>, <strong>U.S. Live Cohort<\/strong>, and <strong>Global Live Cohort<\/strong> participants, enabling survivors and leaders to learn at their own pace or through live cohort-based experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key deliverables include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully branded Moodle Cloud environment aligned with Survivor Alliance\u2019s identity.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three learning categories: <em>Self-Directed, U.S. Live Cohort, and Global Live Cohort.<\/em><em><br><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom course templates for different levels (Essentials 100, Deepening 200, Advanced 300).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interactive <strong>Orientation Micro-Course<\/strong> introducing Survivor Alliance\u2019s values, community agreements, and privacy practices.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibility compliance, including captions, alt-text, and multilingual support.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin and instructor training sessions with complete handover documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project also includes a <strong>proof-of-concept build<\/strong> and structured handover, ensuring Survivor Alliance can independently manage and expand its learning programs over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"riseup-labs-role-and-contribution\">Riseup Labs\u2019 Role and Contribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the implementation partner, <strong>Riseup Labs<\/strong> is responsible for the <strong>complete setup, branding, and configuration<\/strong> of the Survivor Alliance Moodle Cloud platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key contributions include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designing a branded, trauma-informed, and user-friendly digital learning experience.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up role-based access (Admin, Manager, Instructor, Learner) and cohort-specific tracking.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building flexible templates for both self-directed and live learning modules.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting quality assurance for accessibility, usability, and performance.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering <strong>training and post-launch support<\/strong> to ensure operational continuity and self-sufficiency for the Survivor Alliance team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration combines Survivor Alliance\u2019s content expertise with Riseup Labs\u2019 extensive experience in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/riseuplabs.com\/elearning-platform-for-european-students\/\" data-type=\"portfolio\" data-id=\"16616\">e-<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/riseuplabs.com\/elearning-platform-for-european-students\/\" data-type=\"portfolio\" data-id=\"16616\">learning architecture<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/riseuplabs.com\/application-design\/\" data-type=\"service\" data-id=\"38599\">UX design<\/a>, and educational technology development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe Survivor Alliance project reflects how technology can serve as a bridge to empowerment and inclusion.
