IVA Validation & Monitoring System is a Real-time Monitoring System of Non-Formal Primary Education (NFPE) to monitor the Out-of-school children (OoSC) program. Riseup Labs<\/a> has developed the IVA validation and monitoring modules for UNICEF Bangladesh<\/a> and the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handover Program of IVA Validation & Monitoring System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Riseup Labs has successfully completed the development of the IVA Validation & Monitoring System. On Wednesday, 24th May 2023, Team Riseup Labs handed over the project to the Client at the BNFE Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Director of the BNFE, Mr. MD. Nuruzzaman Sharif (NDC), was present at the handover program as the chief guest. In addition, Deputy Director Mr. Muhammad Rukunduddin Sharkar, System Analyst Mrs. Murshida Begum, and other members of BNFE were also present at the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From UNICEF Bangladesh Education Specialists Mohammad Rafiqul Islam and Shamima Siddiky attended the IVA Validation & Monitoring System app handover program. Rakib Hasan Dipu, and Md. Mizanur Rahman from Team Riseup Labs handed over the project to the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chief guest expressed his excitement about the completion of the project. He said,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I have been with this project since the beginning, I know the amount of effort and dedication that UNICEF and Riseup Labs have made the project successful. Challenges of UNICEF Bangladesh for the App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

UNICEF Bangladesh felt challenges in monitoring its Out-of-school children (OoSC) program. It required a robust monitoring mechanism to ensure program standards and quality implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To address this, UNICEF and the BNFE recognized the potential effectiveness of the monitoring mechanism used for the NFPE component. However, they needed a Real-time Monitoring System to improve access to education, enhance learning quality, and increase retention rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given their successful past collaborations, UNICEF assigned the task of developing the IVA Validation & Monitoring System to Riseup Labs. The objective was to deliver:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Challenges Faced by Riseup Labs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Riseup Labs faced some challenges while developing the IVA Validation & Monitoring System. The challenges were in data monitoring and collection of the OoSC program. Moreover the main challenges of the project are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
